The FoFRedux RSS aggregator can consume and produce GeoRSS data. It's written in PHP. You can grab the source from the Sourceforge project site:
http://sf.net/projects/fofredux Specifically check out the rss.php file and the magpie RSS library. FoFRedux can also display maps of the GeoRSS feeds (see map.php). demo: http://code.highearthorbit.com/fofredux/fofredux_head/map.php?feed=29 http://code.highearthorbit.com/fofredux/fofredux_head/rss.php?feed=29 It's not that pretty right now, we're just got a designer to do a full-design for the project and so we're busy putting that together.
