AFIK as I can tell, all private mailboxes have normal street addresses.
Are you aware of a private post office box operator that has a franchise
from the USPS to do otherwise? I'm interested an example of such.

If its true most of the time, it works for our purposes. Besides, the
assumption that people live the address they gave on the form is also
suspect: we'll have grandma's address, fake addresses,
places-I-used-to-live, and but-I-really-stay-at-my-boyfriend's-house also.

And -- the branch or satellite USPS PO Box location. But worse of all,
the proxy address (For example: a company or institute with one mail
stop, but multiple campuses miles apart).

So: back to the original question. Anyone know how to obtain a reliable
database of USA USPS locations?
