Nikolaj - The APIs are for use free of charge although, like every other API, even those that have been identified as open source, the use of which are subject to certain terms and conditions. In this case you identified that the 'distribution' of our API is subject to additional terms and conditions.
So my statement was accurate but for the purposes of clarity I will rephrase it: You may, subject to the terms and conditions stated on our website regarding its commercial use and distribution, use the APIs at no charge.
