I do - it's a little Perl script that parses a GPX, applies a time offset you specify and then tags a bunch of images. Unfortunately it has dependencies on three modules I haven't had a chance to release to CPAN yet. If you're desperate I can probably bundle it all up so it runs standalone for you.
