Please, the former. I imagine this drm effort, if it such, will fail just like all the others. The purpose it serves is to comfort the less bright amongst management and maintain and raise share prices. People love this kind of due diligence, makes them look sexy without having to do much. I spoke to an exec from macrovision once about this. He made it clear the point of all their efforts was share price.
