[Geowanking] geo conferences directory?

A couple of years ao Directions magazine hosted a cool interactive 
flashmap online created by Chris Goad that showed all of the geo related 
trade shows across the world. That cool resource, alas, appears to be gone.

Can anyone share a pointer to a comprehensive directory of 
geo/gis/gps/lbs/nav/...  conferences and trade shows?
