FYI the Sonoma county parcel shapefile data is at
https://gis.sonoma-county.org/catalog.asp
but it is just the polygons, any attributes have to be purchased from
the Assessors Office. cheers,

In the comments on your post someone wrote that "The California
Attorney General sometime last year (I believe) issued an opinion that
parcel data should be made available to the public at cost. Many
cities/counties have changed their policies as a result"
I checked out the Sonoma County page:

It doesn't appear that we have any shapefiles available :-)
(I'd love to be shown wrong on this!)
