Sorry, I cant supply the link, it's been nearly two years ago I think.
Ekahau, Skyhook, Placelab, Plazes, and many others. I even tried
to build one to make use of the data we (still) collect at
WiFiMaps.com. I should dig up that code, in case some of y'all are
interested.

Do you or any of these others publish the associated datasets, eg. under
Creative Commons or other open license? Seems there's a problem getting
critical mass of data for such efforts...
