Grr. No camera? Hopefully the next gen version will have one. I know that phones are a bit sexier lately but I'm impressed with the new Nokia N800 tablet. Although there is no GPS buit-in it supports bluetooth.
While there isn't GPS built-in, Maemo, the N800 OS, has built-in support for gpsd: http://maemo.org/maemowiki/HowToUseGPSFrameworkInOS2007 and Nokia & other devs are supporting projects like GeoClue: http://live.gnome.org/GeoClue which is like a service to provide location from GPS, WiFi, user-input etc. to other applications such as MaemoBlog (for posting geotagged blog entries) or geotagged Photos, perhaps from the N800 built-in camera.
And with a web camera and a developer community at http://www.maemo.org/ I expect it will be an interesting platform to watch.
