I know that phones are a bit sexier lately but I'm impressed with the new
Nokia N800 tablet. Although there is no GPS buit-in it supports bluetooth.

While there isn't GPS built-in, Maemo, the N800 OS, has built-in
support for gpsd:

and Nokia & other devs are supporting projects like GeoClue:

which is like a service to provide location from GPS, WiFi, user-input
etc. to other applications such as MaemoBlog (for posting geotagged
blog entries) or geotagged Photos, perhaps from the N800 built-in
camera.

And with a web camera and a developer community at http://www.maemo.org/ I
expect it will be an interesting platform to watch.
