"Also this doesn't seem to work for UK addresses due to the geocoding issues we have in this country. The geo returns a 603 this means according to google docs that "The geocode for the given address cannot be returned due to legal or contractual reasons." I suspect this is due to the postcodes being owned by the Royal Mail and Ordnance Survey they are protected by Crown Copyright and huge fees are required to use them." I'm working on something that has some location features, and I just got an unexpected result from Google's geocoder... Trying to look up "London, England" or "London, UK" via the geocoder at http://maps.google.com/maps/geo returns this status code (translated to words): The geocode for the given address cannot be returned due to legal or contractual reasons. maps.google.com does work with the same input, and many other places in Europe return the info ok. Anyone experienced the same thing?
