IANAL - of course - but while O'Reilly have predictably trademarked
"Where 2.0", I strongly suspect that "where" is too generic a word to
put a claim to. Of course, I welcome actual legal professionals'
opinions on the matter (in a strictly TIMOONLA* sense, obviously).

Also, given that I'm only an individual, and not even a non-profit
organization like [EMAIL PROTECTED], I suspect that if I receive any "cease and
desist"s from O'Reilly it would only serve to engender more bad
publicity for them.
