I have a variety of data sources I'm trying to use together for the

georeferenced.

Try the MetaCarta Labs Rectifier, perhaps?

Well, one problem it has is no way to input known coordinates for a point. I have to match it to another map (at least one Pittsburgh map is there)

Likewise, the distortion on the PennPilot aerials (one is there) makes that fun also, but not impossible. I have obviously played with it.

One piece, the plant map, for copyright reasons I can't upload. I don't (yet) have the owner of the document's permission to distribute.
