Yes, it is Norway, but while there are two forms of written language in
Norway: Bokmål ('book language') and Nynorsk ('new Norwegian'),
as well as several local dialects, it shouldn't matter here. It's just
that Honningsvåg and Nordkapp are two completely different things.
The former is a town, and latter is a cape and also the name of the
municipality spreading on the island of Magerøya and some parts of the
mainland, in Finnmark county. The administration of the municipality is
located in Honningsvåg, which is also the only town and most of the
population live there.
