Just for reference, I don't think you need to give the political level
of "Canada's New Government" credit for this.  I think it had more to do
with the progressive folks in this part of the beurocracy that have been
working this issue for a number of years.

Frankly, to my mind the current Conservative government isn't really all that
new.  It is just the Progressive Conservative government of 20 years ago
with the Progressive removed - though it took the party 10 years in the
wilderness to reform themselves without their progressive element.

Sorry, that "New" business is just getting under my skin.  /me steps away
from the microphone.
