I haven't tested this scenario so I cannot give a definitive answer.

It would depend whether the offsets from actual and measured positions was purely random (in which case, 'yes' to your question), or whether the offset is environmentally influenced (large buildings, etc) in specific directions ('no' to your question).

For example, if a lake caused the signal to offset your measured position away (or towards) the lake, then that regularity would become statistically significant and unable to be removed by repeated measurements.
