Does anyone know of a FOSS tool that can be used to create a "grid" of
square polygons using the corners of the area to be subdivided into the
grid and a row/column count? I would need to get the output as an ESRI
Shapfile or WKT Format.
Thanks for any suggestions. I can code something up myself, but don't
want to reinvent the wheel.
