Yeah, I think they got it from the FCC. I ended up finding them on the FCC
Antenna Structure <http://wireless.fcc.gov/antenna/index.htm?job=home>
Registration site. I did a quick search on the towers in Redlands, here
<http://wireless2.fcc.gov/UlsApp/AsrSearch/asrResults.jsp?searchType=TRL> .
I assume one could request the database, but would probably be charged a
replication fee to go along with it. Plus, the database looks like it is
updated daily.

I'd hope that wouldn't be the case for the UK.

 

I have to say though that it's not that impressive IME. At Clapham  

Junction railway station, South West London, my reading was approx  

7.5km out.
