I don't think there's a standard for psudocode because technically psudocode could be as lame as "Morph the screen into something cool" (http://thedailywtf.com/Articles/Could-You-Explain-Programming-Please.aspx). I do know that many non-programmers learn the basics of python and go from there in order to write psuedocode.
