Anyone had any experience w/Intergraph's GML creation? I've been given a GML file created by what I presume is Intergraph's Geomedia, judging by the root node:

<gmgml:FeatureCollection xmlns="http://www.intergraph.com/geomedia/ gml" xmlns:gml="http://www.opengis.net/gml"; xml ns:gmgml="http://www.intergraph.com/geomedia/gml"; xmlns:xsi="http:// www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xsi:schema
Location='http://www.intergraph.com/geomedia/gml'>

My problem is that coords seem wonky. The boundedBy appears, at first glance, to be sensible, but those figure's aren't correct:

<gml:boundedBy><gml:Envelope srsName
="EPSG:23031"><gml:lowerCorner>137233.751000022 468985.4451975</ gml:lowerCorner><gml:upperCorner>142318.743923823
476472.271039011</gml:upperCorner></gml:Envelope></gml:boundedBy>

EPSG:23031 is UTM31N (http://spatialreference.org/ref/epsg/23031/) which makes sense as this is data is from The Netherlands. The problem is those coords (137233.751000022 468985.4451975) - (142318.743923823 476472.271039011) aren't within the bounds of that UTM zone. Using the proj library to transform them to lat-long places them somewhere in the sea south of Ghana.

Anyone have any clues?

Cheers,

Andrew
