I re-purposed a webpage map from a popular search engine provider in my six iPhone friendly vodcasts for the New-York Historical Society. See one of the podcasts at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O-Ytjvx-w0E
and now the museum wants to reuse this map on the their web pages that begin at URL http://nyhistory.org/podcasts/ What are the latest on the legal issues around the reuse of Goggle maps or anyone's maps for museum projects? Is the attribution that is visible on the Google or whomever map enough or does this answer involve the payment of legal fees et cetera? Thank you and onward bound, Steve
