This is to me the most interesting sentence from Mrs Spence: "Projects such

the first step in the fight back against "corporate blankwash", she added."

Isn't it remarkable that a cartographer calls Open Street Map to rescue
cartography?

Unfortunately I don't fully understand "corporate blankwash"... Anyone to
explain "blankwash/blackwash"?
