Hi all Can anyone help with information on the state of ratifications of the FAO Agreement on Port State Measures to Prevent, Deter and Eliminate Illegal, Unreported and Unregulated Fishing which was adopted in November last year. I've trawled around the FAO website, done all the google searches I can think of, and I can't locate a final copy of either the treaty or status of signatures and ratifications.
