Dear all
Seeking advice from experienced observers at UNFCCC meetings. I'm going
to be in Europe in early June and had been thinking about going to Bonn
to meet with folk at IHDP and the UNU Institute on Environment and Human
Security. The dates coincide with the next lot of FCCC subsidiary body
and working group meetings (first week or so of June). My university has
observer status but is there much to observe at these smaller meetings
or does much of it take place behind closed doors?
