Dear GEP-ers,

I will be teaching a graduate intro course on Public Policy and Environment
in the Fall at the Monterey Institute. Our students both hail from lots of
countries
and are interested in global problem-solving, so I would like to not focus the
class (exclusively) on US environmental policy.

I am thus looking for:
1) a good reader or articles on comparative environmental policy,
2) good case studies of environmental public policy from different countries,
including China, Brazil, etc, as wellas the EU, Australia, etc.

Any pointers would be greatly appreciated.
Many thanks
Lyuba
