Hi Gepers, I teach a course in the Fall called "Water and Power" where we deal with water privatization theories and cases. I usually describe the range of models and focus on the failures (Cochabamba, South Africa etc...). Last year my students challenged me with the question - "where have new privatization schemes succeeded in the world"? I was stumped. Can anyone refer me to any scholarship or cases on this?
