Hi everyone: I am proposing two panels for ISA this year and need a discussant on one panel that looks at the challenges to put together financial resources for treaty implementation. The papers will look at UNEP, UNCCD, REDD, climate change and chemicals. The focus will be on financing.
The second panel (which may or may not need a discussant) looks at case studies of climate change adaptation. The papers will look at cases in the Netherlands, California and Minneapolis. I'm waiting for an additional abstract or two. Hopefully, they will get in on time.
