Colleagues,
I write with a time-sensitive request: a scheduled guest lecturer involved in
the US interagency task force on climate change adaptation is unable to make it
to my class this week, and I am hoping to fill the space instead with a video
or a filmed lecture that encourages students to think critically about the role
of governments in promoting climate change resilience and adaptive capacity
within society.
My course focuses on climate change and energy policy within the US government,
but at this stage I would be happy for any suggestions around the globe. I will
deliver a lecture on climate change impacts in the US and the interagency
process on adaptation, but I know my students will appreciate hearing from
someone else during our 3-hour class meeting!
Any suggestions would be most appreciated. Please email me directly, and I
would be happy to compile and share responses.
Thank you,
Kathleen Mogelgaard
