I heard from a biologist neighbor that seed catalogues have moved their ecosystem regions northwards, presumably as a consequece of global warming. Does anyone know who is responsible for determining the ecosystem boundaries that are widely used in ecosystems textbooks, and presumably in agricultural policy in the USA?
