Dear All:

This is somewhat off-topic, but I am not sure where else to ask.

I am looking for articles or web sites that explain how food "works":
physics, chemistry, biology, minerals, photosynthesis, calories, Krebs
cycle, all that stuff.

Looking for "food science" or "science of food" just returns academic &
research food science stuff. I guess I could use materials written for
K-12, but any ideas would be great.

Best,

Ronnie
