Dear colleagues -
can anyone recommend an article/chapter on privatization as a remedy for
the "tragedy of the commons," that would be appropriate for an
introductory-level "Politics of Sustainability" course? In the past I
have used chapter 2 of Anderson & Leal's /Free-Market Environmentalism/,
but it is a bit too abstruse for this class. Ideally this would be a
piece that not only presents the theoretical justification for
privatization but also discusses real-world examples. Thanks!
