For those working on climate-forest governance, I want to share with you information about a just-published set of comprehensive overviews of the state-of-the art relating to REDD+ The latest issue of Current Opinion in Environmental Sustainability (COSUST) contains 17 review articles that assess the current state of knowledge and outline a research agenda relating to various aspects of REDD+. These include, for eg: negotiating REDD+ under UNFCCC; REDD+ as PES; lessons for REDD+ from global forest governance; community carbon monitoring; biodiversity and social co-benefits; implementation lessons from REDD+ pilot projects; and the politics of REDD+ MRV systems.
