Dear all,
I have a student who's interested in the /politics/ of global and
regional spatial data infrastructure initiatives, such as the Global
Earth Observation System of Systems (GEOSS) and the Infrastructure for
Spatial Information in the European Community (INSPIRE). The articles on
scenarios by Simone Pulver, Stacy VanDeveer, and colleagues are a good
point of departure, but can you think of something more focused on the
establishment and running of GEOSS, INSPIRE, etc.?
Many thanks in advance,
Jörg
