I'm interested in recommendations for literature on the following two
climage change-related topics:
1) relationships between mainstream enviro NGOs and newer
climate-focused advocacy groups (esp in the US), and
2) studies on (US) local (municipal & county) government actions re:
climate change, particularly in coastal communities.
