Apologies for cross-posting

Hello all,

I'm working with two students at Yale-NUS College, a newly created liberal arts
college in Singapore, both of whom will be entering their junior
(undergraduate) year in 2015-2016. They receive a fully funded one-semester
"study away;" that is, they can go anywhere in the world for a semester to take
classes and do interesting things that significantly advances their studies.

Both students have a broad interest in energy, and especially (but not limited
to) energy system transition from fossil to renewable, from centralized to
distributed, and from brittle to adaptive. They're looking for programs or
institutions that offer advanced undergraduate coursework in some of these
areas that would complement the work and study they're doing here in Singapore.
The idea is that they'd enroll as 'visiting' students for a semester, take
courses, engage in student life, connect with professors, and perhaps pursue an
independent research project.

Any ideas about where they (and I) might look, or who we might approach? Send
me ideas off-list and I'll share them after a bit.

Yours,
Michael
