Dear Gep-Ed, Can anyone please help me to get some information about when each of the six UNEP Regional Offices was created? I hope I can find out, for example, what session in what year of UNEP Governing Council made such decisions respectively. Any literature or documents about the history or background of UNEP Regional Offices will be greatly helpful. I wasn't able to find any reliable sources yet. Thanks for your help.
