For this teaching-focus position the ideal candidate will have completed a PhD, and be able to present clear evidence of teaching excellence, as well as experience in, and commitment to, interdisciplinary/transdisciplinary/experiential education, collaboration, and scholarship. Reporting to the Sustainability Dual Major Program Chair, the Lecturer/Assistant Director is expected to design and teach introductory, intermediate, and upper division sustainability courses; advise and mentor students in the Dual Major and facilitate collaboration among sustainability-related faculty, staff and external partners.
