As a class assignment, I am having students explain why states are (going
to) take the positions they are taking at the Paris climate talks. I would
appreciate two types of suggested articles:

a) Theoretical pieces, a la Sprinz and Vaahtoranta's IO piece in 1994,
that provide a general framework for why states take the positions they do.

b) More "climate-related" pieces that (allege to) EXPLAIN the positions
of different groups (AOSIS, Group of 77, Umbrella Group, etc.) but do so
with some degree of theoretical sophistication.

Thanks (and I promise to report back - I still need to do that on a previous
request).

Ron
