SDI has one space open for a person to attend COP 21 as our delegate. I was
originally registered as the head of our delegation but, for personal
reasons, I cannot attend. I am willing to register someone in my place who
will use the opportunity to do research while at this international
shindig. When I was working on my dissertation in the last century I was
able to use these international meetings to interview representatives of
more than a dozen states about their national positions and the underlying
domestic politics. I would like to offer a similar opportunity to a serious
researcher of national or international climate change policies. And
perhaps we could participate in the proposed research.

Please reply to my personal email.

Cheers,

Neil
