Subject: [gep-ed] national poilcy positions

GEPEDers,

I am sure many on the list know this, but I didn’t. The UNFCCC has a
comprehensive list of each country’s Intended Nationally Determined
Contributions (INDCs) to the Paris process. So, since my assignment requires
students to explain actual negotiating positions taken, this gives them
one-stop-shopping for identifying the value of their dependent variable for
their research.

The webpage that has each country’s Intended Nationally Determined
Contributions (INDCs)
http://www4.unfccc.int/submissions/indc/Submission%20Pages/submissions.aspx
This is a list of countries with a PDF document of what their climate change
policy is. I would strongly recommend that ALL of you start by using the
documents for your country from this website.

For broad information about Intended Nationally Determined Contributions
(INDCs) to the Paris process, go to:
http://unfccc.int/focus/indc_portal/items/8766.php

Hope this helps others,
Ron
