Dear colleagues,
In the run-up to the UNFCCC COP-21 at Paris, Bruce Bueno de Mesquita and
myself have undertaken a series of policy predictions with the
Predictioneer’s Game on 10+ policy issues presently under
negotiations. These issues include the principles for effort-sharing, the
legal framework for adaptation, the amount of climate finance, and
inclusion of loss & damage.
The summary report can be found at:

as well as

The study as well as related research results by colleagues at CICERO -
Center for International Climate and Environmental Research Oslo (expert
survey of negotiations outcomes), and the University of Groningen with
the University of Strathclyde (forecasting results based on the DECIDE
model) will be presented at the
Research Colloquium of the Faculty of Economics and Social Sciences and
the WIPCAD Doctoral Program at the University of Potsdam, Germany
