Hi, everyone— Next semester, I’m teaching a course called “Sustainability and Development in the Non-Western World” for the first time. I’m trying to collect some video resources that I can use to supplement the course readings and topics. Do any of you have any favorite short (5 to 20 minutes) videos related to sustainable development in the global South? I’m looking for topics like foreign aid, WTO/IMF/World Bank, population policy, debt, urbanization, poverty alleviation, rural economics, fair trade, appropriate technology, Millennium Development Goals, climate justice, etc. If you have anything especially memorable or effective for topics like these, please send me your suggestions directly—I’ll compile whatever I get and share the list back. Thanks and happy holidays! Tom
