Tenure track, PhD is required by time of appointment. The successful candidate will play a leading role in the department's environmental policy and management track of the Environmental Studies B.A., and will contribute to the Geography & Environmental Studies M.A. program. Courses will likely include Environmental Policy, Resource Management, Environmental Land Use Planning, and Sustainable Development. A related research agenda is required. Expertise in urban environmental issues is a plus. Teaching and/or professional experience is highly desirable. G&ES is a strong and growing department, actively engaged in campus and community issues.
