Some of the best, succinct, readable overviews were done prior to the finalization of the SDGs at the 2015 General Assembly.
The official document is only 35 pages, with the section that spells out each goal and their targets spanning only 13 pages. That is at http://www.un.org/ga/search/view_doc.asp?symbol=A/RES/70/1&Lang=E An example of a more succinct and readable overview, but using the formulation prior to the 2015 GA adoption, is at http://www.icsu.org/publications/reports-and-reviews/review-of-targets-for-the-sustainable-development-goals-the-science-perspective-2015 In that ICSU report there is a 4-page annex that covers all the goals and targets. The full report is just about at your 90-page limit. A very readable and useful overview, post-GA but not listing each goal and target, is at http://unsdsn.org/resources/publications/sdg-guide-getting-started-with-the-sdgs/. It is only 38 pages. It aims to situate the SDGs in the broader context within which they will be acted up. - Marc Marc A.
