Dear all,

The European International Studies Association is organising its 11th
European Conference on International Relations
<http://www.paneuropeanconference.org/2017/> in Barcelona in September
2017. We propose a section in the conference entitled "*Globalising the
Climate, Climatising the World*" (ST18), whose objective is to *discuss the
broader transformations of global politics in times of the climate crisis*.
You'll find further information here
<http://www.paneuropeanconference.org/2017/section.php?s=133>.

We invite individual paper proposals and panel/roundtable proposals. Each
105-minute panel/roundtable should comprise five papers/presenters plus a
discussant who may also act as panel/roundtable chair.

Proposals (with abstracts of 200 words maximum) must be submitted via the
online submission system: ConfTool 2017
<https://www.conftool.pro/paneuropean2017/>.

The closing date for paper, panel, and roundtable proposals is midnight
(CET) on *Friday 10 February 2017*.

For questions on the section, you can contact us: [email protected] or
[email protected]. For questions on the conference, please
contact the programme chairs at [email protected].

We look forward to your proposals and to seeing you in Barcelona!
