Randy Abate, one of our colleagues at Florida A&M College of Law, has recently
completed an edited volume entitled "Climate Justice." On March 10, the
publisher of the book, the Environmental Law Institute, will hold a noon-time
event at its DC office to launch the work.

There will be four speakers (see below). I'll be speaking on the potential role
of a human rights-based approach in governing climate geoengineering research
and potential deployment. There are options to attend the event live, or
online. Wil
