On February 8, 2017, the Forum on Climate Engineering Assessment (FCEA) held a 
workshop in Berkeley, California, on the potential benefits and risks 
associated with so-called Carbon Dioxide Removal/Negative Emissions 
Technologies (NETs) as a strategy to address climate change.
