Hi folks, we are applying for a workshop grant via ISA, and we must have 2
alternates to fill in if others drop out and I am asking the list for
volunteers.

The project, briefly, is to organize an edited volume that offers a sympathetic
critique of the Law of the Sea. If anyone is interested in being an alternate
for this 1 day workshop on April 3, the day before the 2018 conference, I will
fill you in more directly.

thanks!

Peter
