Hi All, I've got another student who could use some help finding information on a regime that she's studying. We've tried a lot of different combinations in the search engines but aren't finding much that really addresses the IR side of things. She's looking at the Convention on Migratory species, with a focus on the African-Eurasian Waterbirds Agreement. She's especially interested in the role that sovereignty played in the regime creation stages and then in strengthening through AEWA. Any suggestions that you all have would be most welcome.
