Dear friends, We are looking for two papers to complete a proposed panel with the working title: "The Environmental Impacts of Privatized Governance." I see the panel as an opportunity for scholars interested in interrogating the ground-level environmental effects of everything from outsourcing of project implementation, to PPPs, to self regulation, to innovative hybrid forms of governance, etc. to interact. All methodologies and regions are welcome.
