Hi Gep-ed community I am conducting a review on “good governance” prescriptions, and am looking to see if there is research or an article that makes the point that increased transparency might, inadvertently, marginalize indigenous and disempowered communities further when they don’t have the capacity or means to wade through all the documents and knowledge often produced by powerful interests.
(I do recognize that most of the literature assumes a positive correlation between transparency and inclusion) If you know of anything like this please let me know.
